Numerous functionality shortcomings vs. previous revision.

1) Cannot save column chooser settings. Must recreate each time.

2) BOM listing with no indentation. Output is just a list of parts, no BOM level(s) or structure listed.

3) No drill down to SOs or WOs from Inventory History.
