Occasionally I get a glitch when I need to delete a line from a work order that had a PO line attached to it. Even though I've removed the info from the PO line WO & sequence fields, the work order thinks there is still a line tied to it. I have gotten Global Shop on the phone about this and we could not figure it out.

This only happens about 20% of the time, if I had to guess.
